About Us
In order to foster and facilitate professional education and training specific to tourism, travel and hospitality industry, Government of Madhya Pradesh has decided to create institutional infrastructure by way of starting Madhya Pradesh Institute of Hospitality Training Management, an autonomous Institute patronized by MP Tourism Board, Associated with Indira Gandhi National Open University for running National and International accredited courses in Hospitality Management.
A society with name of “M.P. State Institute of Hospitality Management” has been registered 20 Acres land in Chandan pura, Bhopal has been allotted to the society by the Govt. of MP for the same.
Objective
To provide specialized training in the field of Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management for enhancing employment opportunity in the Tourism Sector. To develop qualitative skilled manpower within the existing hospitality staff of MP Tourism Board and other private service sectors for overall improvement quality service in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Sectors Madhya Pradesh as per the Revised Guide Lines for Capacity Building of Service Provider.
Goals
- To interact with various service sector industries at national and international level for dissemination of modern and contemporary management techniques.
- To organize seminars and lectures for the Top and Middle level management of MP Tourism.
- To Liaison and organize reciprocal training courses with similar institutions at national and international level.
