Licensing for Water Tourism activities
Policy and procedure
- 22 water bodies of approx. 3,000 sq. km. area notified for water sports and activities by the EC
- MP Tourism Board is made Nodal Agency to grant permits and licences for water activities.
- Online system for calling Expression of Interest is already in place
- Application fee INR 2,000 per activity
- Letter of Acceptance within 07 days from the application date
- License within 07 days from the date of obtaining IRS certification
- One time license fee for 10 years: INR 10,000 to 50,000 as per boat capacity / size
- Annual Renewal fee: INR 5,000 to 25,000 as per boat capacity / size.
- Intention to Invest in Water Bodies in Madhya Pradesh
